Estate Plans – Have You Updated Yours Lately?

An Estate Plan does more than name whom you want to get your things after you die.  It can list instructions for passing on values, instructions for caring for you if you become disabled or name a guardian for your minor children.  Estate Plans are not something done once and forgotten.  It is a living document which should be reviewed at least every five years.  As your life changes, your financial situations may change and the people in your life may change.  So, it is important to keep the Estate Plan updated.

Has it been awhile since you updated your Estate Plan?  Maybe you need an Estate Plan drawn up.  We can help.
